销售工程师

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-function stakeholders to implement initiatives to improve commercial process excellence or strategic sales projects as needed Plan, organize and manage a sales territory. Actively identify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Manage the sales cycle.

Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.

Work closely with sales manager for territory business planning and implementation. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.

Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Bioscience or related major is a must; Master degree is preferred.

服务工程师

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site installation of complex equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order;

 Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits;

 Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and other field service personnel;

 Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel

 Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

 Complete and submit field service reports

 Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance

 Provide feedback to product quality teams

 Provide appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various FEI system documentation

 Provide input for various reports including identifying and isolating unique problems with system

Requirements/Qualifications:

Typically requires a Master or above degree, majored in Mechanical Automation/

Electronic/ Materials/ Bioscience/ Applied Physics or related.

Electron Microscopes user experience would be a plus

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Performing high quality product demonstrations, including the development of new techniques and applications for Thermo Fisher Scientific partners and customers. Technical product expert assisting with all phases of the sales cycle.

Cultivating positive customer relationships and acting as a high level customer interface for specific instrument/applications issues, acting as a technical expert, explaining complex technology details, giving in depth presentations, and assisting in technique development.

Supporting and training customers after the sale has been made and the system is signed off. Assisting THERMOFISHER SCIENTIFIC Service Engineers on instrument sign offs and specific application techniques.

Providing continuous feedback to the product groups on system performance, features, and problems while collaborating with marketing/development groups on future product developments.

Requirements:

Typically requires a university degree in a life science discipline/ Electronic Science/ Materials/ Bioscience/ Applied Physics/ Semiconductor or related.

Doctoral degree is greatly preferred.

Electron Microscopes user experience would be a plus.

Experience in a relevant commercial/research/production establishment with recent experience utilizing Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) technology in sample characterization.

Knowledge of advanced technology and troubleshooting as well as operational optimization experience of analytical equipment for life science application such as structural biology or cell biology.

Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience are critical to the success of this position.

Excellent customer interfacing and technical sales skills a must.

Proven ability to interact with cross - functional and cross - cultural teams.

Ability to travel both domestically as well as internationally and possession of a valid passport.

Language: fluent English and Chinese a must (or at least the ability of learning Chinese within a short period)

Key Responsibilities:

 Products expert and provide professional training to internal and external team;

 Define and drive application service rule; Make the trouble shooting materials and products manuals available;

 Conduct clinical microbial education training to KOLs and understand the needs of the current and future customers for applications;

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Achieves the planned growth for revenue and bookings in the assigned accounts/territory while maintaining or exceeding margin goals.

 Provides realistic sales forecasts to management and communicates any significant changes or developments in a proactive and timely manner.

 Builds, analyzes and understands business trends to look for opportunities to improve current sales within assigned regions.

 Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

Job Description

Responsible for product management, brand awareness and customer preference.

Provide solution to help team of sales professionals belonging to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Distributors / Dealers and Manager Projects.

Help to guide regional promotions, new product launching, marketing programs and visibility drives through workshops, seminars, conferences etc.

Collecting market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and then formulating result oriented sales schemes in consultation with the MD for various customers, markets.

Help sale’s team to achieve privileged relationships with existing Key accounts, customers and acquire new customers from competition.

七、销售工程师(色谱质谱)

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with our UHPLC/Bio LC of Ultimate 3000 system, Chromeleon software and relative detectors, and participate sales processes as required.

2. Learn about the composition and configuration of UHPLC system to help the salesman to configure our products with different application methods.

3. Know about other brand’s UHPLC and compare the difference and write the competitive advantages.

4. Join public seminars and participate market shows and conferences to represent.

Requirements/Qualifications:

八、销售工程师(环境监测)

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned territories and/or industries, in order to meet sales target set on annual basis.

 Participate marketing activities, such as seminars, workshops, demo etc, so as to generate qualified sales leads.

 Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.

 Influences preparation and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary

 Develop and maintain key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders.

Responsibilities:

 Working with commercial team to expand sales in China.

 Providing on-site demonstration and other support for training, installation, method development, trade shows and other marketing events.

 Identifying unmet needs, seeking new markets and applications for Thermo Fisher Field and Security Instrument core technologies, include Raman, FTIR, XRF, radiation etc.

 Working with business development manager to establish strategies and develop applications for new markets

 Mastering product technical knowledge through coordination with HQ, provide application report, application notes, presentation and other technical sales tools.

 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings.

 Working with Commercial team, HQ and distributors to influence government standards.

 Getting product approvals from Chinese authorities.
